Peppermint Marshmallow Creamer

- 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Peppermint Whipped Cream
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (35% fat), cold
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- Brew Coffee: Brew 2 cups of Nespresso coffee using your preferred espresso machine and keep it hot while preparing the creamer and whipped cream.
- Heat Cream: Gently heat the half & half cream in a saucepan over medium heat until small bubbles form around the edges, indicating it is warm but not boiling.
- Melt Marshmallows: Add the mini marshmallows to the warm cream and whisk continuously until they have fully melted and incorporated into a smooth mixture.
- Add Peppermint: Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract into the marshmallow cream mixture, then remove the pan from heat to prevent overcooking.
- Whip Cream: Using a hand mixer or whisk, begin whipping the cold heavy whipping cream until it starts to thicken slightly.
- Add Sugar and Flavor: Add the icing sugar and 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract to the cream and continue whipping until soft peaks form and the cream holds its shape.
- Combine Creamer and Coffee: Pour the warm peppermint marshmallow creamer mixture into the hot brewed coffee and stir gently to combine.
