This refreshing Midnight Tart Cherry Mocktail combines the natural tartness of cherry juice with zesty lime, a hint of honey or maple syrup, and a subtle touch of vanilla and sea salt. Mocktail Base

  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) tart cherry juice
  • 1 medium lime, zest and juice
  • 2 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp Celtic sea salt

To Serve

  • Sparkling water, about 1/2 cup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Make the base of the mocktail. Add the tart cherry juice, lime zest, lime juice, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and Celtic sea salt into a jar. If desired, add a serving of magnesium supplement at this step. Then either shake the jar vigorously for 30 seconds or mix thoroughly using a frother until all ingredients are well combined.
  2. Combine with sparkling water and serve. Fill a glass with ice cubes, then pour the prepared mocktail base over the ice. Top off the glass with about 1/2 cup of sparkling water. Stir gently to combine and add a lime wedge for garnish if desired. Enjoy immediately for best freshness and fizziness.
