Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Cut the boneless, skinless chicken into 1 inch pieces. Toss these pieces thoroughly with olive oil and then sprinkle with chicken seasoning, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  2. Skewer Chicken: Thread the seasoned chicken pieces tightly onto 6-inch bamboo skewers, fitting about 4 pieces per skewer. Arrange the skewers so they will fit comfortably in your air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry First Side: Place the skewers in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes. Depending on your air fryer size, you might need to cook in batches; a 6-quart air fryer accommodates about 8 skewers at once.
  4. Flip and Sauce: Open the air fryer, carefully flip each chicken skewer to cook the other side evenly. Brush the chicken pieces generously with the garlic parmesan sauce. Return to air fryer and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 400°F to set the sauce.
