Chicken Skewers

  • 16 of 6-inch bamboo skewers

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

  • ½ cup garlic parmesan sauce (see recipe)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Chicken: Cut the chicken into 1-inch pieces. Toss them with olive oil and chicken seasoning to coat evenly.
  2. Skewer Chicken: Thread 4 pieces of the seasoned chicken tightly onto each bamboo skewer, ensuring the skewers fit comfortably in your air fryer basket.
  3. Air Fry First Side: Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes. Depending on your air fryer size, you might need to cook in batches; 8 skewers fit in a 6-quart air fryer at once.
  4. Flip and Add Sauce: Open the air fryer, carefully flip the chicken skewers, and brush garlic parmesan sauce on the chicken pieces.
  5. Air Fry Second Side: Air fry for an additional 2 minutes at 400°F to set the sauce and finish cooking.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Remove the skewers from the air fryer, brush with the remaining garlic parmesan sauce, and serve immediately. Optionally garnish with fresh chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese for extra flavor and presentation.
