- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, finely grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A few tablespoons of water (ONLY IF NEEDED to thin the dressing out a little bit)
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add white wine vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, finely minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, parsley, thyme, honey, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper into a large mason jar.
- Mix Well: Secure the lid tightly and shake the jar vigorously until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, forming a creamy dressing.
- Chill: Store the dressing in the refrigerator for a few hours to allow the flavors to meld together. Alternatively, it can be served immediately if preferred.
- Adjust Consistency: Before serving, shake the jar again. If the dressing is too thick, add water one teaspoon at a time and shake to reach desired consistency.
