Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted boiling water. Do not drain the pasta once cooked; keep some pasta water with it.
- Warm the Marinara Sauce: While the pasta is cooking, pour the marinara sauce into a large skillet and heat it over medium heat until warmed through.
- Add Boursin Cheese: Add the Boursin cheese to the warmed marinara sauce. Use a spoon to break up the cheese and stir continuously to help it melt evenly into the sauce.
- Simmer Sauce: Lower the heat to a gentle simmer and keep stirring until the Boursin cheese fully melts and integrates with the marinara sauce, creating a creamy, flavorful sauce.
- Combine Pasta and Sauce: When the pasta is al dente, transfer it directly from the pot to the skillet with the sauce using tongs or a pasta fork, allowing excess pasta water to drain back into the pot. Toss the pasta in the sauce thoroughly to coat.
